We require that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

No shows and last minute cancellations leave us no time to prepare and/or accommodate other clients for that allotted time slot. ALL no shows will result in a 100% charge of booked service and last minute cancellations will result in a charge of up to 50 % of scheduled appointment/s amount.

Deposit amount will then be applied to a make-up appointment. This must be booked within 7 days of original canceled or missed appointment date.

CLUB MEMBERS who cancel last minute or no show without 24 hour notice, will forfeit club services in the amount for which was scheduled. As always , we appreciate you and your business, thank you!
